The Process
01
Burn the screen
Positive exposed onto emulsion-coated mesh, washed out under water until the image holds.

Mix the ink
Plastisol or water-based, hand-mixed to the exact Pantone by eye and by test pull.
03
Register the press
Garment pinned flat, screen dropped and locked — every colour aligned before the first pull.
04
Pull and cure
One even stroke of the squeegee, flash-cured, then run through the dryer at temperature.
